Utilising our proprietary craftsmanship, we mould the titanium wire into a seamless, fluid form—continuous in line, yet taut with tension. The lens rims are fashioned from renewable nylon, with every detail demanding exceptional skill and rigorous precision, embodying the very essence of artisanal devotion.

Limited by the lens‑grinding techniques of the era, the circular shape proved the most accurate to craft, thus establishing the round frame as the standard for centuries to come. As Scar of pattern is our aesthetic, we respect the craftsmanship, therefore all of our products are made by hand and eventually everything is combined into nature. 22° - An Experimental eyewear brand that was born on earth at 22.16-22.38 degree latitude North (hand made in Hong Kong). The brand is developed, designed and produced in there. ‘‘The raw should not be Art’’ is our slogan.
Simple procedure of Recycle: Different from some other Eco-friendly products that need to go through so many complicated procedures to transfer, collect then recycle with only small percentage of the materials, the 22° eyewear is sustainable with almost the whole frame. Also our clients can simply and easily send their eyewear direct to our end for recycle.

Crafted from aerospace-grade titanium, it is over forty percent lighter than conventional alloys, yet possesses a resilience far beyond its weight. Each frame is meticulously shaped by hand in Hong Kong—a city where vibrancy and reflection coexist—transformed by artisans from raw material into refined object, distilling a harmony where rationality meets sensibility.
Yet titanium’s true marvel lies not only in its lightness, but in its boundless malleability.
