T2H Style Design Blueprint
The design blueprint of T2H style is rooted in the round frames—the oldest eyewear shape in history. Using an in-house developed manufacturing method, it incorporates the visual design of a "hinge within a hinge." The overall structure is shaped solely by hand-twisting and fine-tuning titanium wire, complemented by a lens protection ring made from renewable nylon. The surface of the protection ring features an exclusive modern industrial-style gear-like horizontal texture, which not only enhances individuality but also protects the lenses. This design demands extremely high levels of skill and craftsmanship to achieve.

The round frames can be traced back to the original convex lenses in 13th-century Italy. Due to the limitations of early lens-grinding techniques, round shapes were the easiest to produce and thus became the standard frame style of the era. From the intellectual trend of the 1920s, the anti-war hippie symbol of the 1960s, to the modern retro-hipster style, round glasses have always embodied wisdom, a scholarly aura, and a rebellious artistic spirit.

As Scar of pattern is our aesthetic, we respect the craftsmanship, therefore all of our products are made by hand and eventually everything is combined into nature. 22° - An Experimental eyewear brand that was born on earth at 22.16-22.38 degree latitude North (hand made in Hong Kong). The brand is developed, designed and produced in there. ‘‘The raw should not be Art’’ is our slogan.
Simple procedure of Recycle: Different from some other Eco-friendly products that need to go through so many complicated procedures to transfer, collect then recycle with only small percentage of the materials, the 22° eyewear is sustainable with almost the whole frame. Also our clients can simply and easily send their eyewear direct to our end for recycle.
Therefore the utilization of the Ethylene-vinyl Acetate and Titanium Material make 22° eyewear more sustainable and responsible.

T2H style 設計藍本是歷史最悠久的眼鏡款式圓形眼鏡（Round Frames）以自家研發的製作方式，融入「鉸鏈中的鉸鏈」視覺設計。整體造型僅以手工扭擰與微調鈦金屬線材塑造而成，配上可再生尼龍製作的鏡片保護圈，保護圈的表面配上現代工業風格（獨家設計齒輪水平紋理)除了增強個性還作出對鏡片的保護作用，需極高技術與工藝方能完成。

眼鏡款式圓形眼鏡（Round Frames）最早可追溯至13世紀義大利的原始凸透鏡。受限於早期鏡片打磨技術，圓形最易製作，因而成為當時的標準框形。從1920年代知識分子風潮、60年代嬉皮反戰象徵，到當代復古文青風格，圓框眼鏡始終蘊含智慧、書卷氣息與叛逆的藝術精神。
